“ The Songsui is delicious, it's filled with a lot of filling, the place is big so it can fit a lot and it's close to the city so it's easy to find. The skin crackers are the best because they're handmade I recommend eating here if you go to Belitung ”

- Wenny Chandra -

“ The best legendary songsui. Especially with the cu yiu ca. It's delicious. For non-Belitung connoisseurs, you'll need to eat several times before you can truly enjoy this signature red songsui, haha. ”

“ This traditional Chinese restaurant is located in the city center. Opening early at 7:00 a.m., it's perfect for travelers arriving from the airport. Their signature dishes include songsui, fried kwetiau (rice noodles), capcay (rice noodles), and more. Don't forget to try the iced lime key (which is definitely not halal). Enjoy! ”

“ [Rating 3.5/5] A few years ago, I ate at this restaurant. I went to Belitung before Chinese New Year and it was very busy. The place itself is a house, and payment is cash only. You can order directly from the staff in the kitchen. The menu includes mixed songsui and beef songsui. I tried: 1. Beef Songsui I ordered this because I don't like offal. The meat was quite tender and didn't have an odor. The tofu was soft and had a soy flavor. I really liked it. On top were crispy pork skin crackers. But if you prefer crackers with oil, you can buy them at the counter. They're only 15,000 Rupiah and contain a lot of them. The songsui sauce here is different from the clear Bangka songsui sauce. Belitung songsui sauce is usually red because it uses red arak dregs. I personally like red arak dregs because it's usually sweet and savory. Unfortunately, the broth wasn't as delicious as before. This time, the broth lacked aroma and taste, perhaps because it was heated for a long time. However, it was slightly sweet. 2. Es Jeruk Kunci The lime ice was available in a regular or hammoi (using red kiamboi). I don't like kiamboi, so I chose the regular. It was refreshing and not too sweet. . . For all my orders, I spent Rp. 66,000. The price is still quite affordable. ”
